Once your order is placed, we strive to ship your package as quickly as possible.

We always hope you’re happy with your purchase — that’s our goal. Should this unfortunately not be the case, you have the right to return your order.

As a consumer, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@four-antwerp.be and provide the following details:

• Your order number

• The tracking number of your return shipment

• Your full name

Make sure to include the completed return form inside your return package.

Each vintage watch has a story. It may have already lived several lives and created memories with someone else before finding its way to you. That history gives it character — and sometimes, small signs of age.

We do our best to describe the condition of each watch as accurately as possible on our webshop. However, due to their vintage nature, these timepieces may not always be in perfect or like-new condition.

Even if a watch is originally marked as water-resistant, we recommend treating it with care:

Do not shower or swim with your vintage watch. Washing your hands is perfectly fine, but avoid prolonged exposure to water.

For watches on a stainless steel bracelet, you can clean the strap gently using a slightly damp cloth. We suggest avoiding direct contact with the watch case itself when doing this.

If your watch has a leather strap, keep in mind that leather is a living material — it will age and evolve over time. Should it wear out, leather straps are easy to replace. A local jeweller can usually help you find a suitable replacement.

Take good care of your watch, and it will continue to tell stories — now with you.

Yes, absolutely!

If your watch feels too big, we can adjust it for you before shipping. For a €15 resizing fee, simply add the ‘Watch Alteration’ option to your cart and make sure to include your wrist measurement in the notes at checkout.

The size/length of each watch is always mentioned in the product description. Keep in mind: if the watch is smaller than your wrist, we unfortunately cannot add extra links.

However, links can always be removed to make the watch smaller.

If the watch is a gift, or if you're unsure about your wrist size, you can also order the watch as-is and have it resized later. Most local jewellers are happy to help — often free of charge or for a small fee.
